This article explores the emotions that artificial intelligence (AI) can express or simulate during interactions with humans. In today’s rapidly developing technological era, AI is not just a data processing tool but also has the ability to learn, adapt, and respond based on users’ emotions. This helps increase the connection and communication efficiency between humans and machines.However, AI’s emotions are essentially the result of programming algorithms and training data. AI does not truly feel like humans do, but it can recognize, analyze, and respond to emotions based on text, voice, or images. Modern AI systems are also integrated with emotion recognition technology, helping to personalize user experiences.The development of emotional AI opens up many new applications in education, healthcare, customer service, and entertainment. At the same time, it also raises challenges regarding ethics, security, and transparency in the use of emotional data.In summary, emotional AI is an important step forward, making technology closer and more useful to humans, but it still needs to be controlled and developed responsibly.
