Sa Pa town is located 38km from Lao Cai city and 376km from Hanoi. When traveling to Sapa, you can choose one of four means of transportation: train, bus, rent a car or travel by motorbike. If traveling by train, the cheapest two-way travel cost is about 600,000 – 700,000 VND (including bus rental from Lao Cai station to Sapa town).
