What means of transportation should I use to get to Da Nang?
Da Nang is a modern city, so here you can travel by any means you want.
– Train (train): From Hanoi or Saigon there are train routes to Da Nang (North – South route), ticket prices range from 300,000 VND to 1,200,000 VND depending on the type of train and seat type. It takes 14 to 20 hours to get from these two cities to Da Nang by train.

– Motorbike: convenient and easy to explore Da Nang tourist attractions. Can be rented at hotels or motorbike rental locations, prices range from 60,000 VND – 150,000 VND/motorbike/day.
– Bus: there are interprovincial buses running to Hue (3 hours), and Hoi An (1 hour)
– Taxi: Taxi brands Song Han, Tien Sa, Mai Linh, Vinasun Green…
Where should you go when coming to Da Nang?
People often say that if you go to Da Nang for 1 day, you will run out of good places to go, but in reality, that is not necessarily the case. If you have time, it will take 3-5 days for you to go to all the interesting places in Da Nang and eat all the delicious dishes – specialties in Da Nang.
– Museum of Champa Sculpture Art (often called Cham Ancient Museum):The world’s only museum of Cham culture, preserving relics of the ancient Champa Kingdom.
– Hai Chau communal house: The oldest communal house in Da Nang
– Nghia Trung Hoa Vang:Complex of relics: Hoa Que Tower Ruins, Ba Temple, Cham ancient well, Cham month ruins and Hoa Que village Ancestor Church. This is a prominent tourist attraction in Da Nang.

The shop on Hoang Dieu street (right next to Hoang Anh Gia Lai building) sells all day from 7am – 9pm; all-night shop on Hung Vuong street; The shop only opens in the morning from 6am – 10am on Tran Cao Van street (opposite Tam Toa market). Price from 15,000 VND/bowl. Heirloom fish ball noodle soup 109 Nguyen Chi Thanh – Hai Chau district. Price: 20 thousand/normal bowl and 25 thousand/special bowl.
– Pork rice paper
To round out the taste, you should choose a restaurant on Chau Thi Vinh Te street or Hai Phong, Duy Tan, Le Duan, Do Thuc Thinh… with prices ranging from 30,000 – 80,000 VND. Rice paper rolls with pork at Mau restaurant, 35 Do Thuc Tinh, Tran rice paper rolls at 4 Le Duan.
– Banh xeo
Prices for banh xeo start from 5,000 VND/piece on Hoang Dieu street, Hai Phong… Mrs. Duong’s banh xeo is located at 11 (alley/alley 11) Hoang Dieu street, new address: K280/23 Hoang Dieu. Note: there are a number of other shops that also opened before, so pay attention to the nameplate to enter correctly.
– Banh beo
The banh beo area at Con market (Hung Vuong street gate), Hoang Dieu, Hai Phong, Ong Ich Khiem (sold from noon, only from September to February every year)… is a place you should try. Each cup of banh beo is only about 1,500 VND.

The best is at Cau Mong, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province, 15km from Da Nang. There is also Mrs. Ngoc’s Cau Mong altar at 228 Dong Da, 99 Ong Ich Khiem
– Tea with pomegranate seeds
The best is at Con market, and some restaurants on Tran Binh Trong street (right at the intersection of Tran Binh Trong and Ngo Gia Tu), Phan Thanh… with prices from only 5,000 VND/cup.
– Mixed jackfruit
The best ones are on Ong Ich Duong street (opposite Hoa Tho textile and garment), Pham Van Nghi… The price is very affordable, only about 10,000 VND/plate of jackfruit.
– Rice paper sandwiches
Banh trang is priced from 8,000 VND/1 plate or more. The best is in the alley near Thang Long hotel, Dien Bien Phu street and Ba Tu dam rice paper and rice paper shop: 354 Le Duan; Price 3,000 – 5,000 VND/piece.
– Sticky rice ice cream
Price ranges from 7,000 VND – 12,000 VND/1 glass on Ngo Si Lien Street, Hoa Khanh.
– Cocktail tofu
You can visit Nguyen Van Linh street to enjoy delicious tofu with prices from 14,000 VND/plate.
– Salted yogurt and cold jackfruit
Salted yogurt is sold a lot in District 3, near Nguyen Van Troi bridge at a super cheap price of only 10,000/tray. Each tray includes 10 jars. In addition to yogurt, these shops also sell delicious chilled jackfruit for 5,000/bag.
