– For tickets paid in cash at branches of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade (VCB) and Vietnam Technological and Commercial Bank (TCB), you need to go to Vietnam Airlines branches in Vietnam to refund the ticket.
– Depending on the conditions of the fare, your refund may be subject to a fee or may not be permitted. Refunds will be credited back to the card or account you used to purchase the ticket.

– Flexible Economy Class (Class K, L, Q, N):

– Super Economy Class (Ticket Class U, E, P): No refunds allowed.
Thus, with Vietnam Airlines, you can get a refund on the condition that you complete all procedures and pay the fee. The highest fee for a refund is 700,000 VND, the lowest fee is 400,000 VND. For Super Saver tickets, you will not be able to get a refund regardless of the schedule.
