Method 2: Travel to Sapa by train

The train only stops at Lao Cai station, so from Lao Cai station you have to catch a bus to Sapa town, about 30 km away (bus price is about 60,000 VND). If it’s more luxurious, rent a taxi, about 350,000 VND (divided into about 4 – 5 people, about 70 – 80,000, not much more expensive but faster and more convenient).
