The secret to the delicious, cool, European-style flavor is the unique cold fermentation process. The ingredients are carefully selected, then the beer is fermented through 2 stages: the first stage at a temperature of about 12 degrees Celsius, the second stage is incubated at a lower temperature below 0 degrees Celsius for 2 weeks.
